A Bright Idea for Keeping Prestwick II Looking Its Best

One of the little details that makes a big difference in the appearance of our community is our garage coach lights. As we've been walking the neighborhood, we've noticed that some fixtures are beginning to rust, while others are simply in need of a fresh coat of paint.
The good news is that you have options!
If your existing light is still in good condition: A fresh coat of black exterior paint can often make it look like new. If your fixture only needs painting, we encourage you to have it painted as soon as possible.
If your light has rusted beyond repair: Unfortunately, the original fixture has been discontinued. After researching several alternatives, the Board has found a replacement that closely matches the original style. You can purchase it on Amazon:

Once you have the new fixture, you can:

Hire your own handyman.

$50 per light for painting
