Our community’s next HOA Meeting & Board Election  will take place on Thursday, April 16 at 9:00 AM  at the Prestwick Clubhouse , and we encourage all homeowners to attend. The Landscape Committee kicked off November with a productive walk-through and a clear vision for keeping Arbor Lakes looking its best! After reviewing the community grounds, we identified several units whose walkway junipers are ready for removal. On the Court , this includes units 1209, 1220, and 1240 , and on the Lane , units 1047, 1063, 1068, 1079, 1095, 1099, 1104, 1132, and 1136 .
