Your Neighborhood Needs You! Prestwick II HOA Board Election Is Coming Up


Ever thought, “Someone should really do something about that…”?Well… this might be your moment.


The Prestwick II HOA Board Election is right around the corner, and we have two (2) open board seats up for grabs. Whether you’re passionate about keeping our community beautiful, want a voice in neighborhood decisions, or just like knowing what’s going on behind the scenes—running for the board is a great way to get involved.


Important Election Dates to Know

Here’s the quick, easy timeline:

  • Friday, February 13 – Notice of Election goes out

  • Friday, March 6 – Deadline to return your Intent to Run Form to Vesta

  • Thursday, April 2, 2026 – Final Notice of Election goes out

  • Thusday, April 16, 2026 9am – Next Board Meeting/Vote Count


Owners who are in good standing with the association (no delinquent balances and no open violations) are eligible to run. Along with the Intent to Run Form, candidates may also submit an optional Candidate Information Sheet so neighbors can learn more about you.

How the Election Works

  • If more than two owners submit their intent to run, we’ll hold a formal election.

  • If only two owners step forward for the two open seats—congrats! Those owners will be automatically seated on the board.

So yes… sometimes you can win an HOA board seat just by raising your hand.

If you’re interested:

  1. Download the Intent to Run Form

  2. (Optional but Recommended) Complete and download the Candidate Information Sheet

  3. Submit your forms to Vesta no later than Friday, March 6
