Exciting Community Updates Reflecting Growth and Improvements for a Greener Prestwick II

The Prestwick II Board of Directors is excited to share some positive updates about our thriving community. We've been working hard to improve the overall look and feel of our neighborhood. From new sod installations to a properly functioning irrigation systems, there's a lot to celebrate as we move towards a greener future.

One of the standout changes this year has been the installation of new sod in late spring. This project aimed to revitalize our green spaces and beautify our homes. While many areas have thrived with the new sod, we recognize that some sections are still struggling. For instance, some of the lawns are failing to establish fully. We promise to ensure that every yard gets the care it needs to reach its full potential.

This summer, we faced some challenges with our irrigation system, encountering issues on two occasions. However, we are happy to report that these problems are now resolved. Our irrigation system is key to maintaining healthy, vibrant lawns, and we appreciate your patience as we worked through these technical difficulties. With proper irrigation, our community can look forward to lush greenery.

In the coming weeks, the Board will conduct a comprehensive walk-through of the community. We will pay close attention to yards that might need additional sod. Our goal is to ensure that every resident enjoys a beautiful and healthy lawn. We understand the importance of curb appeal, and we are committed to making improvements wherever necessary.

Looking ahead, we plan to lay additional sod in early spring. By timing this project before the summer heat sets in, we aim to give the new grass a head start. We’re hopeful that with these proactive measures, Prestwick II will showcase a vibrant and lush landscape.

Adding to our sod initiatives, we are thrilled to announce that we will be implementing extra fertilization and lawn treatments in the upcoming year.
